His career has spanned nearly every level of the construction industry, from carpentry and inspection to project management, restoration, consulting, litigation support, and expert testimony. Michael specializes in construction site safety, construction defect analysis, standard-of-care evaluations, insurance claims, personal injury claims, cost estimating, and complex forensic investigations for both residential and commercial projects. As a licensed California contractor with extensive safety, restoration, estimating, and building diagnostic certifications, he is known for delivering clear, credible, and well-supported evaluations. His approach is rooted in practical field experience, technical knowledge, and a commitment to helping clients understand complex construction issues with confidence.
